At the start of the project, the client presented a challenge: To develop a unique interior design project for each home in the development.

The interior design project itself was developed by the Touza Arquitectos team, who also authored the architectural design. Based on the mood board they created, Kinerama was responsible for recreating each home in 3D and creating a virtual tour for each one.

Another challenge this project presented was faithfully and accurately recreating the surroundings. In some instances, we were able to use 360 drone captures, but in other cases, this wasn't sufficient, and we had to recreate the adjacent buildings in 3D using photogrammetry.

In total, six homes plus the ground floor were recreated, and 215 360-degree images were rendered.
